Delivery InformationAll of our prices include delivery within our 50 mile zone. To calculate an estimate of what we would charge, outside the 50 miles zone simply place your postcode to our postcode in the box below to find the distance in miles from CW8 then multiply the mileage by £1.30 (Charge includes fuel used and drivers wage) This will give you a delivery price. We have tried to incorporate the costs of fuel over the last three months in to our delivery prices. Our prices have stayed within our boundaries but it is difficult as the fuel cost is mounting each month. Below is a table showing the average prices of fuel in our local area and we try to take the lowest diesel price in to our deliveries.
Delivery Terms
1.Our normal delivery time is within 48 hours (from payment). Please contact us on 01244301520 if you have special delivery requirements.
2.Once we have received your completed order we will contact you to arrange delivery using the contact information supplied when making the order, email or telephone. If you have any questions Please telephone us on 01244301520. 3.Vehicle access considerations on site are the responsibility of the customer and any additional haulage charges resulting from the need to re-deliver due to poor access are payable by the customer prior to re-delivery 4.Deliveries are normally made Monday to Saturday between 8am and 5pm. Additional costs options are available for timed deliveries. 5.If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will happily provide a full refund. All we ask is you arrange for the return of the goods. All return costs will be at the purchasers expense. 6.It is recommended that an able bodied person has to be at the delivery address to receive deliveries and sign for the delivered materials, however if this is not possible the point of delivery required must be clearly marked. If the point marked for delivery is unsuitable and no-one is on site, delivery will be made to the closest suitable point. 7.The delivery load is our responsibility until we have tipped the load on site where it becomes your responsibility.
