Business Description.
1. To supply bulk aggregates to the construction, farming industries, as well as the DIY market and the private individual.
2. To deliver within the time scale of three working days from the first order of contact with customer.
3. To provide a delivery service to the intended customer or his or her employees.
Delivery Policy.
1. Delivery time scale will be within three working days ( Monday. Tuesday. Wednesday. Thursday. Friday).
2. Any delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be relayed to customer for his or her approval by telephone.
3. All deliveries will be directed to the drivers discretion and all customers should respond to those discretion's.
4. The company will not accept any liability for any damage caused while on the customers premises during delivery.
Cancellation / Refund
1. The customer is entitled to cancel the order at any time on condition that the vehicle has not left the sellers premises.
2. If the vehicle has started his journey and the customer cancels then there will be a £50.00 cancellation charge.
3. Full refund will be given to the customer less the cancellation charge.
Returned Loads.
1. Littler Bulk Haulage respects distance selling on return policies. If the customer is not happy with their delivered materials. Littler Bulk Haulage will give a full refund on condition that the customer takes full responsibility and expense to organise a loading machine to load the vehicle to be returned to the sellers premises.
2. All materials returned from customers premises will carry an additional charge of 50% of the haulage cost.
Delivery Documents.
1. The driver will at his discretion deliver the load to the customers premises or his or her employees, and will hand over the delivery documents to the customer for his or her signature.
2. If the customer or employees are not available on site the driver will wait for 30 minutes during which he
will endeavour to contact the customer or his or her employees. If no contact within timescale of 30 minutes the driver at his discretion will return the load to the sellers premises and no refund will be given.
Payments.
1. You can pay for your bulk materials at the time of ordering with a credit / debit card.
2. We accept cheques on the understanding that materials will not be delivered until cheque has been cleared approx 7 days.
2. We accept monthly accounts.
3. On the last day of the month an invoice will be sent to the customer for materials delivered.
4. The customer has 7 days from invoice date to pay the invoice in full.
5. Non payment of invoice after 7 days will incur interest per month until invoice has been paid in full.
6. Ways to pay as follows. We accept Paypal. Monthly Account. Credit/Debit Cards. Cash/Cheque. Bank Transfer.
